The holiday houses are found on the Island of Lipari. The Island Lipari belongs to the province of Messina and is situated in the Northern Waters of the Sicilian coast.

It takes one and a half hours from Catania airport or two and a half hours drive from Palermo to reach the port of Milazzo. There one catches a ferry or hydrofoil to the Islands.

The Island avoid mass tourism. They are surrounded by crystal clear waters, breathtaking views and have varied landscapes from one island to another. The Island is declared from UNESCO as a World natural heritage.

The apartments are situated in Canneto and are at a 150 meters distance  from the beach. The beach is a pebble, sandy beach. It is well provided with shops and venues for excursions and scuba diving. The house has 3Holiday flats. It was completed and furnished in 2005.

The Ground floor Apartment: (for 4 people)
The flat consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchen and overnight sofa for two people and a shower. The flat has air conditioning and a television.

Apartment in 1st Floor: ( for 4 People)
The Flat consists of a bedroom, with a double bed, shower, wc, kitchen, overnight sofa for two persons. It is sunny with air conditioning and  television.

Apartment on 2nd Floor: (for 4 People)
The flat is divided on 2 levels with lots of light and a balcony. The first level has a double bedroom with a large living area with overnight couch, and a w.c., and shower. The second level has the kitchen and small terrace that looks over the rooftops of Canneto.

The price includes electricity, gas, water, cutlery, cooking range, pots and pans, but no linen.

The price for the Cleaningfacitilitys is € 60,-
